Tara M. McCluskey

Tara M. McCluskey serves as Managing Partner of the Firm and has more than twelve years’ experience successfully advocating on behalf of the medical provider. Tara has focused her career on representing medical providers in all areas of revenue recovery, including in the Maximus, Forthright, Worker’s Compensation, Superior Court and Appellate Court forums. At her prior firm, Tara was responsible for developing and launching a highly successful worker’s compensation department which recovered over $12,000,000.00 for medical provider clients during her tenure. In addition to medical revenue recovery, Tara represented medical provider clients in SIU investigations, contract review, practice formation, and was responsible for rendering compliance related opinions. Tara also has significant experience representing small and mid-sized businesses, including medical practices, from inception to dissolution. Tara began her career serving as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward V. Gannon J.S.C in Passaic County Superior Court, Criminal Division and is certified in Mediation and Conciliation with the NJ Administrative Office of the Courts.
